About BizCyberLab

BizCyberLab exists for one reason: cybersecurity advice written for business owners, not security engineers.

Most cybersecurity content online is written by practitioners, for practitioners. Its dense, jargon-heavy, and assumes a level of technical background most small and mid-size business owners simply do not have the time to build. That gap leaves real businesses exposed — not because leaders do not care about security, but because the information available to them is not built for how they actually make decisions.

We started BizCyberLab to close that gap. Every article on this site is written to answer a practical question a business owner or manager is actually asking: What does this regulation mean for my business? Is this security tool worth paying for? What should I do in the first 24 hours after a breach? We favor plain language, concrete steps, and honest trade-offs over hype and fear-based headlines.

What we cover

We are not a replacement for a licensed security consultant, auditor, or legal counsel — and we say so throughout the site where it matters. Our goal is to make you informed enough to ask the right questions and make confident decisions, whether you are working with an internal team or an outside vendor.
